Dominic started with Domino’s Pizza as a manger trainee in 1991. He was promoted to General Manager in seven months and to Area Supervisor in just 11 months. Together with David Jenks, Dominic helped build Boston Pie, Inc. from an unknown regional franchise to a nationally recognized powerhouse. In 1996 he was awarded both National Franchise Supervisor of the Year and National Franchise Trainer of the Year. The Franchise Trainer of the Year was first awarded in 1996 and Dominic won it for its first four consecutive years.

In late 1999, he founded Mass Pie, Inc. becoming a 2 store franchisee and in 2000 was awarded Domino’s prestigious Thomas S. Monaghan Entrepreneurial Award given to a rookie franchisee. Most recently in 2001 he was awarded a Silver Franny which is the second highest honor Domino’s can bestow on a franchisee.

His company has now grown to four stores and Dominic continues to contribute to Domino’s Pizza as a whole with training programs and by serving on advisory committees. He is also an accomplished motivational speaker and is available for private functions.
