At Boston Pie, Inc., we understand that our website users are concerned with what information we are collecting, and how this information is being used. Boston Pie, Inc. wants it’s users to be as informed and comfortable as possible, and therefore we have created a policy to show you, the user, what we are doing, and how we are doing it. We hope that this policy satisfies all of your privacy questions, and feel free to contact us with any questions.
What information do we collect and how do we collect it?
Information is collected from a user in a number of situations:
- Application - when you use the online application page, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and address. We also collect info regarding your past work experience, whether or not you are 18, and whether or not you have worked at Domino’s before.
- Questions - when you enter information on our questions page, we collect your name, email address and phone number.
Information is always entered by the user on a page on which Boston Pie, Inc. needs information about the user.
How do we use your information?
- To better improve the quality and content of our site through user comments and questions.
- To fill open job positions within Boston Pie, Inc.
- To tailor our site based on the type and location of users coming to BostonPie.com
- To send emails regarding exciting events and opportunities within Boston Pie, Inc.
Do we share your information?
Boston Pie, Inc. does not share your information with any company other than its’ partner companies of Master Pie, Inc., which include Northeast Pie, Inc. and Mass Pie, Inc. Boston Pie shares this information to better fills job positions within Master Pie, Inc. and to allow for all companies associated with Master Pie, Inc. to better tailor their practices to provide a better user experience.
What choices do you have regarding the use of your information?
All information collected at Boston Pie, Inc. is stored in email form on a Boston Pie, Inc. computer. Any user that wishes their information removed from the Boston Pie, Inc. computers can simply contact us via phone at (978) 276-0168 or email us at Eileen@BostonPie.com and tell us that you wish your information removed from our records. Also, if you wish to be taken off of a mailing list just send an email to Eileen@BostonPie.com with the subject "Remove from mailing list". Also, if you would like to change your information simply contact us via email or phone and indicate what information you would like changed.
Is your information secure?
Boston Pie, Inc. collects information through emails sent from BostonPie.com and is then stored on a remote computer at Boston Pie, Inc. This computer is located on a computer at Boston Pie, Inc. that is behind a firewall.
What about information about children?
This Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act took affect on April 21, 2000, and it contains requirements of sites that contain content directed at children under the age of 13. Being that Boston Pie, Inc. cannot employ anyone under the age of 15, it is therefore not directed in anyway to children under 13. Because of this, it is not Boston Pie, Inc.’s policy to collect any information from children under the age of 13.
