Shawn has been with Domino’s Pizza for 11 years. He started his career as a Delivery Specialist in 1991. He entered the Management program in 1992 and was promoted to General Manager in just 3 months. Shawn was a General Manager for 5 years raising sales to award winning levels. In 1997 he earned the coveted Rolex watch for his sales achievements in Lowell, MA.

Shawn came to Boston Pie, Inc., where he managed a store in Melrose, MA to record profits. He was promoted to Franchise Area Supervisor in 2000. His efforts led to national recognition for his franchise. In 2001 Shawn was named Domino’s Pizza’s National Franchise Supervisor of the Year. In April of 2002 Shawn started Northeast Pie, Inc. franchising his first two Domino’s Pizza stores in Rochester and Somersworth, NH.

In his spare time Shawn enjoys hiking, fishing and kayaking and has been a member of the Massachusetts Army National Guard for twelve years.
